Eye Sight project with Optique et Vision
Eye health impacts education, employment, quality of life, poverty and so many other Sustainable Development Goals. This WSD we want organisations and the public to come together to encourage governments, corporations, institutions and individuals to actively support universal access to eye health and ensure that EVERYONE COUNTS.
On this occasion, Rotary Club Beirut Cedars collaborated with Optique Et Vision and the congregation of the Sacred Heart on 13 October 2021, to test the eye sight of 36 underprivileged people who gathered at the free school of the Sacred Heart in Burj Hammoud.
Out of these 36, 19 people will receive glasses to improve their eye sight.
We thank Dr. Bassil, Mrs. Celine Moughanni and Mrs. Agnes Saleh and each and every person who collaborated with us to make this project a success.
