The Rotary Club of Beirut Cedars expresses heartfelt appreciation to Rotary Club Zahle Capitol for their meaningful initiative of offering Cedar trees to fellow clubs, a beautiful symbol of unity, environmental care, and love for Lebanon.
This thoughtful act goes beyond symbolism; it embodies Rotary’s spirit of unity, service, and sustainability, reminding us of our shared responsibility to protect Lebanon’s most enduring emblem, the Cedar tree.
The event, held on Sunday, October 12, brought together members of the Rotary family for a day of connection and reflection. Participants were inspired by an enlightening lecture by Dr. Michel Ephrem, whose insights shed light on the vital importance of preserving our national treasure for generations to come.
The gathering concluded with warm fellowship, meaningful conversations, and renewed commitment to serving both people and planet, the essence of what Rotary stands for.
Thank you, Rotary Club Zahle Capitol, for this inspiring initiative that connects us all through service, sustainability, and unity.
